Temporary Chats

Start a session that leaves no trace: nothing is written to memory, no context is carried forward, and the transcript disappears the moment you close it. Use it for one-off questions, sensitive drafts, or anything you'd rather VE simply forget.

Data Controls

Decide exactly what VE may store, for how long, and where it lives. Retention windows are yours to set, exports are always one click away, and deleting a workspace removes its data everywhere it was copied, not just from the interface you see.

Memory Controls

Review every remembered item in one place, pin what should persist, and clear the rest in a single action. Memory is additive and inspectable, so nothing is kept that you haven't seen and nothing is inferred behind your back.

Choose app access

The first time you connect an app to VE, we'll help you understand what types of data may be collected by the third party. Developers must include clear privacy policies, collect only the minimum data they need, and be transparent about permissions. You can disconnect an app at any time.

Delete or take your data

Export a complete archive of your conversations, routines and memory whenever you like, in a format you can actually read. Deleting your account removes the underlying context permanently, with no support ticket and no waiting period.

Ads controls

VE does not use your work to target advertising, and ad personalisation stays off by default. Nothing you write, connect or generate is packaged into an audience segment, and there is no setting we quietly flip back on later.

Location controls

Location is only used when a task genuinely needs it, and it is requested in the moment rather than held in the background. You can revoke access per workspace, and revoking it never degrades the rest of your setup.
